This gorgeous family was here on vacation, perfect time to do photo session. At the beach, the state that is always warm and background is paradise. I love working with kids, girls enjoyed being in front of the camera and all the entertainment we provide. Beautiful choices of wardrobe, loving the colors! We had so much fun at this session, you can see on photos! Soon to be big sister even thanked us at the end which made us so happy. Her parents wanted to capture their little one with smiles and we got so many great, natural, unposed candid moments. It was a hot day, so glad it didn’t rain and the location was perfect for maternity. Not much else to write because pictures will tell the story.
This is an example of our lifestyle newborn session but now we also bring the studio to you! We have made this transition because our clients felt more comfortable at home with babies under 2 weeks old. I think it's so meaningful to capture family in their home in this case with their pets. The doggies were very curious and followed us around, apparently their favorite room is the nursery, probably because they assume it was all done for them lol I know this well because all of our 6 pets seem to think all the new items like furniture, bed sheets etc is all for them, they get so excited and are the first to test things out. Also did you know that after many years in business most newborn photographers are really just baby whisperers and get babysitting job offers all the time ;) I had to mention that because I always get audience around me, watching me work, wondering how is the baby sleeping through all the posing and asking if I can also babysit haha
How amazing are these vacation photos, so many fun moments, so happy my clients hired us to capture them at the beach! I was even more excited to see clients from IL and the last time we did a shoot for them was maternity session. Weather wasn't the best that day, forecast showed rain so we rescheduled for noon, it was windy, cloudy, not warm but you can't tell because we had fun. Can you tell how candid moments are my favorite kinds? I don't mind 1,2,3 look at the camera if clients request but my goal is to capture memories you will look back at one day with a big smile, where your family is doing what they do best, being themselves. I was also in love with that colorful background that was on the building next door and pool area had the perfect view of it.
We have been taking pictures of this family for 3 years in a row and always have so much fun! Good thing we were on the go, moving, jumping, dancing and running because the weather wasn't the best that day. Love the outfits mom picked out, girls are absolutely stunning and Caleb is full of personality as always, mom's little twin :) As you can see my favorite shots from the session are always the unposed once. Don't worry I will direct you and tell you what to do but I'd rather it not be hey look here, stare right at the camera because lets be honest not only will the children be super bored in few seconds with a shoot like that but you will also be missing out on moments that truly show your child's personality.
